Who We Are
The Cinematic Arts Department at LaVilla School of the Arts develops young filmmakers by strengthening their storytelling and technical skills. Through hands-on projects, students create engaging short films while building confidence and craft.
Our Goals
Students in the Cinematic Arts program at LaVilla School of the Arts will receive comprehensive instruction in all areas of filmmaking, including screenwriting, cinematography, and post-production, to develop well-rounded, skilled young filmmakers.

The 2022-2023 school year marks the VERY FIRST class of Cinematography students at LaVilla School of the Arts.
