PRESIDENT

• Principal executive officer
• Supervises and controls all activities 
• Oversees events and club functions
• Manages website 
• Acts as liaison between booster club and school administrators 

VICE PRESIDENT

• “President in Training”
• Helps president with responsibilities
• Backup to president if unavailable
• Facilitates merchandise

SCRIBE

• Records all meeting minutes and sends out to group 
• Keeps tally of volunteer records

TREASURER

• Oversees all funds of the organization
• Organize, documents, and reports financial activities
• Prepares annual budget and financial reports

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

• Creates marketing materials including flyers, permission slips, social media posts, email blasts, meeting decks
